This book has a 4.1-star average, and is about a soldier with PTSD and a heroine who trains therapy dogs, and who is dealing with the fallout of an abusive relationship in her past. There are some suspense elements in this one, and readers who enjoyed it said it was a great mix of sweet and emotionally powerful.

This book also has a 4-star average, though readers caution that there is a lot that happens in the first chapter, and some belief suspension may require additional scaffolding. That said, readers who liked the trilogy said they’d been waiting for the hero’s story, and this one measured up to their expectations.
